The Lollar Special T is Lollar’s take on the Broadcaster/Nocaster/Esquire sound and their most popular Tele set. A great fit for players who want more warmth, body, and punch from their Tele, the Special T delivers focused lows and mids, a touch of natural compression, and a smooth top end that tames excess brightness without losing clarity or character.
The Special T offers a slightly hotter, darker Tele tone while still capturing the unmistakable feel and nuance of the classic Fullerton-era Fender sound. Versatile and expressive, these pickups are at home in just about any style of music where you might find a Telecaster.
The Special T bridge is extremely popular as a mix-and-match with a Lollar Vintage T neck for a balanced sound that offers a little extra chime and clarity in the neck/middle.
